  ZC type combined water decontamination device is mainly used for pipeline water circulation system, circulating water flows through it after filtration is still all through, impurities in the water are blocked and can be manually discharged or manually removed as needed.

  2. The fundamental purpose of this combined type is to obtain the maximum water filtration area, there are sufficient conditions to increase the filtration density of the three water filtration elements, so as to improve the cleanliness of water filtration and reduce the water resistance at the same time.   ≤1.3mm, in the rated water treatment condition launching resistance of 0.002 ~ 0.003Mpa≈0.2 ~ 0.3m. Only now there are all kinds of water decontamination device in the same working condition water resistance is 0.01 ~ 0.02Mpa≈1 ~ 2m of 1/5 below. Water impurities

  3. Water filtration cleanliness is high and water resistance is low, it is indeed valuable, but effective cleaning is the life door of any kind of water decontamination device. To this end, this equipment has designed two methods of decontamination: one is to drain water and sewage, and the other is to open the cover and manually decontamination. In order to facilitate and facilitate the discharge of water sewage, three kinds of water filtration elements in the upper, lower filter plate (4), (6) of the filter plane are tilted downward, filter tank (5) for five sides of the filter body, the four sides are also tilted downward, the top face down, so in the reverse flow of water is easier to take the impurities blocked by the filter network with water discharge. If in case of encountering special complex types of

  impurities to take water drainage failure, another can be taken to open the cover artificial cleaning. Only to achieve effective cleaning foolproof, in order to ensure the long-term effective use of the equipment.

  4. Share a 1.6Mpa, 0.25 precision pressure gauge respectively to detect

  the pressure difference at both ends of the inlet and outlet water, open one end of the pressure gauge conduit valve, close the other end to show the water pressure at this end, the measured inlet pressure reduction to the outlet pressure is the pressure difference at both ends, that is, the water resistance loss. When the resistance loss reaches about 0.015Mpa, be sure to release water pollution to reduce the resistance. The operation procedure should first shut down the circulating pump, then close the water inlet valve, open the supplementary pump to inject water into the pipeline behind the water outlet, immediately open the sewage valve behind the sewage outlet (9) to discharge water for 2 to 3 times for about 2 to 3 minutes, and then test whether the pressure difference drops to confirm whether the sewage is effective after resuming operation.

  5. If there are special impurities inside the sewage discharge method

  does not work, it is necessary to stop the circulation pump and supplementary pump, close the inlet and outlet valves at both ends, open the sewage port to basically drain the water in the housing memory, and then open the bin cover (8) to implement manual cleaning.

  6. After opening the bin cover (8), if the three kinds of water filtration

  elements are found inside, or other remaining damage, it can be repaired or replaced.

  7. Can also open the skylight cover (top) with a hose into the tap water backflush three filter elements on the opposite side, can make the net surface clean as before, leaving no dead corners.

  8. It is recommended that before the formal operation or the first cold water test cycle of the new and newly modified pipe network every year, the primary pipe network within 20km back and forth or the secondary pipe network within 6km back and forth through the cold water cycle for 24 or 8 hours after the press to detect the pressure difference. If the pressure difference exceeds the value, the above water discharge and sewage or artificial cleaning operations are implemented. If the pollution is cleaned after the first day of trial operation according to this, the safe operation of the whole season is guaranteed.

  1. Rated water treatment: 40 ~ 11500m3/h;

  2. Rated water treatment under the condition of import and export water resistance: 0.002 ~ 0.003Mpa≈0.2 ~ 0.3m;

  3. The filtered water garbage size: ≤1.3×1.3mm;

  4. Allowable working condition pressure: 1.6Mpa;

  5. The water inlet and outlet at both ends and the sewage outlet below are connected to 1.6Mpa;

  6. Each unit is equipped with 1.6Mpa, 0.25 precision pressure gauge;

  7. The shell (1) is divided into two forms, right inlet (A) and left inlet (B),

 

  which are related to the direction of the site takeover, and must be determined (A) or (B) when selecting or ordering.
