【CDLF】

  Applications

  CDLF is a versatile product that can transport a variety of different media from tap water to industrial liquids, adapted to different temperature, flow and pressure ranges, and selected for non-corrosive or mildly corrosive liquids.

   Water supply: water plant filtration and transportation, water plant zoning water supply, pressurization, pressurization of high-rise

  buildings.

   Industrial pressurization: process water system, cleaning system, high pressure flushing system, fire protection system.

   Industrial liquid delivery: cooling and air conditioning systems, boiler feedwater and condensing systems, machine tools, acids and alkalis.

   Water treatment: ultrafiltration systems, reverse osmosis systems, distillation systems, separators, swimming pools.

   Irrigation: Field irrigation, spray irrigation, drip irrigation.

  Operating conditions

   Thin, clean, non-flammable and explosive liquid that does not contain solid particles or fibers.

   Liquid temperature: hot water type -15℃ to +120℃

   Ambient temperature: +40 ° C Max

   Altitude: Maximum 1000m

  Pump

  CDLF is a non-self-priming vertical multistage centrifugal pump installed with standard motor. The motor shaft is directly connected with the pump shaft through the coupling of the pump head. The pull rod bolt is fixed between the pressure cylinder and the flow parts between the pump head and the inlet and outlet water section. The pump can be configured according to the need of intelligent protector, the pump dry rotation, lack of phase, overload and other effective protection.

  Motor

   The motor is a completely enclosed, air-cooled two-pole standard motor.

  Characteristic curve

  The following instructions apply to the curves shown later:

  1. All curves are based on motor measurements at a constant speed of 2900rpm or 2950rpm.

  2.curve tolerance in accordance with ISO9906, Appendix A.

  3.the test uses 20℃ without air water, kinematic viscosity of 1mm2/s.

 

  4.the use of pump parameters of the performance range of the bold curve, to prevent the flow rate is too small to produce overheating and flow too ambassador motor overload.
